We at Empowerable Nursing Care Services offers assistance with your daily tasks so that you are able to live your life with independence. We are a NDIS service provider, we support you to live in the comfort of your home, while providing assistance with daily routine tasks. Our service is available in group settings as well.

Empowerable Nursing Care Services employs specialised, highly trained, experienced, committed, skilled, and caring staff so that you can live your life on your own. Their specialised skills and personal abilities help you do the things you need to do at home and in your community every day. Our staff will watch over and/or help you with daily tasks that will help you learn how to live on your own. We give our service to each person who lives in a shared living situation.

Our support may include the following services:

• Assistance with Shopping
• Help with Budgeting and Money management
• Assistance with household activities like meal preparation, paying rent on time, household tasks etc
• Assistance with written communication, completion of forms and payment of bills
• Managing appointments
• Maintaining social skills and relationships
• Transferring from bed to wheelchair
• Personal hygiene including Bathing, dressing and grooming assistance
• Medication reminders
• Safety and fall prevention
• Assistance with light housekeeping
